Little Scholars

                              History

The Little Scholars program was created to offer our yournest students (5-8) a gentle introduction to Jewish Holidays, Bible stories, prayer and the Hebrew alef-bet through stories, songs, arts and crafts. It is never too soon to begin to instill the values of our people into the hearts of our children!

The monthly class lasts from 9-10:15 on a Saturday when services and Religious School are held. We will meet in the small classroom in the vestibule. The cost for this program will remain at $50 per child for our temple members. For those non-affiliated Jewish families whose child(ren) will participate in our program, the fee is $100 for the first child and $75 for the second child.

Little Scholars will meet on the following Shabbat mornings:

September 20,    October 25, November 15, December 20, (Hanukkah)

January 10, February 7, (Tu B'Shvat)  March 7, (Purim)

April 25, (Israeli Celebration) May 9,  June 20
